Have you been considering perhaps taking the plunge into entrepreneurship? If so have you considered the type of business you would start. Any small business is hard work and takes a lot of time. So it makes sense to pick one, which is as simple as possible right?
Well consider this; God is said to have made “dirt” on the second day when he created the heavens and the Earth. Since the surface of our planet is made of dirt and the wind blows it all over everything perhaps a mobile cleaning business might be such a simple business? In fact if you look out side you see that there are cars, trucks, boats, aircraft all over the place and that dirt has conveniently blown onto these items. So perhaps you might wish to clean transportation items. Okay sounds good right? Now then, you will need to learn more about the mobile washing business so I recommend you read thru as much of these things as possible:

Mobile businesses are often less costly to start than fixed site businesses. For instance there is a lot involved in opening a carwash location or a truck wash business. You will need so much more to open a location wash business think about it you
will need financing, signage, real-estate; Have you picked out a corner yet? Realize that your housing and real estate prices also affect Commercially zoned land. Generally you need 20% down for SBA loans etc. But since you own three homes you may not want to go SBA, as they tie up your other investments until they are repaid. Equipment $200-300K, building $180-300K and the land probably 1 million but since you dabble in
real-estate you may have some other options there; perhaps an investment
group, which leases it back to your car wash?
Back to the mobile washing concept, we must understand that there are drawbacks to any business. In the mobile business there is less control of employees out on the routes, so you have to have more quality people who are higher paid. Then there is the fuel costs, currently $3.00 per gallon and climbing. Then we must consider the intense city traffic and complications to routing and scheduling. Instead of advertising you will need to have direct sales, which is also a cost. Lots to think about, but this should be a good start.
