Chances are if you run a mobile car wash, automotive detailing shop or even a mobile auto detail company you realize that having quality and skilled auto detailing technicians is one of the major keys to success. Unfortunately it is hard to find trained skilled labor in this industry, thus you will be forced to do some training on your own and be very careful who you recruit in your small business.

Most regions in the United States unemployment is low and your labor supply is tight and the left overs are generally druggies and/or folks who just do not deserve a job. Please beware of this fact. Certainly you personally as a small business owner do not appear one to condone such, so finding labor will not be easy, but perhaps you can network and get some labor that way. Ask friends and relatives if they know anyone looking for a job.

The classified ads in the newspaper are the wrong place to advertise for employment. You would be better off going to the community college and putting a flyer on the bulletin board or hang-out at an LDS stake center near the basketball courts or ask one of the youth director for some names possible kids who need a job and are athletic, good with people and have an outgoing personality with a strong work ethic. Howard Hughes might have been proud of that advice? Think on this.
