Little experienced on 3Com NBX 100

I maintained a critical interconnection of a callcenter from Philippines(Asia) to Los Angeles(USA). Based on my experienced it's quite difficult specially on routing tables multiple 3Com NBX 100.

Problems encoutered until the moment of writing the 24 channels of NBX are not stable. In the beggining of installation we were almost sleepless just to perfect all channels to be fully operational. It's normal for me that I saw 1 to 3 channels are down and when we reset both ends all fresh 24 channels are all up but after few minutes some channels are down. The analysis in simple some of the channels are not syncronize but it's hard to isolate because of the multiple circuitry being pass from Philippines to United States. You know the Telco and 3com support doing the chicken and egg scenario, pushing problems each other. We did almost everything in our part like isolation from T1 card to processor but our hardware really works and no problems found. We upgraded the system but still the same. Based on my analysis 60% of the problem is in Telco, maybe we pass through old circuit and they cannot channelize for isolation because of the old systems they have.

And all of the problems I had encountered, 3com has a good and clear signal quality.
