Iced Gingerbread Coffee is a wonderful addition to our Christmas Celebrations. We've added several new traditions this year, but I have to admit, I'm enjoying this one more than any other and I wanted to share it with my friends online. So, here it is.

I know Christmas is over in a day - but Winter lasts a while, and Iced Gingerbread Coffee is a great winter drink.

About the best part of Christmas is the wonderful goodies we get to devour along with special drinks, interesting people, and the love we share.

I wanted to give all my guests here on The Coffee Clatter a special treat this holiday season...

Iced Gingerbread Coffee

Really, about any flavored coffee will do this - I just happen to prefer Iced Gingerbread Coffee - so whatever flavor of coffee you like, brew up a good strong cup and pour it up into a nice tall mug. Warm some cream or half and half in the microwave and add just a bit of sugar (enough to make it sweeter - not sweet) and blend it until it's frothy and foamy - maybe even a few peaks but not too firm.

Serve with your favorite toppings and something to munch on.

Some of the better toppings I've found for coffees include:

* Chocolate Curls
* Chocolate Sprinkles
* Cinnamon and Sugar
* Colored Sugar Sprinkles
* Chocolate Chips
* Caramel Chips
* Melted Caramel and Chocolate
* Powdered Sugar
* Cocoa (be sure you add extra sugar to the cream if you sift cocoa on top)

Some interesting munchies might be found at http://seekingjoy.tripod.com a cooking and recipe site.

It's a great introduction for new friends or - old ones...
