Welcome to the Jersey/St. Bernards Practice. Our aim is to provide the highest quality medical care and a full range of medical services together with special clinics designed to promote optimum healthcare amongst our patients. This site explains how we organize the practice to achieve this goal.
Worrying health problems can crop up at any time. There is a 24 hour NHS help line to give you more information and advice. This is one of the government’s initiatives to help you use the NHS resources appropriately.
The nurse or operator will have details of the services available in your area and other health information. They will advise you what to do, and if they think your problem could be serious, they will connect you to 999.

The Jersey Practice for Hounslow surgery center, surgery opening times, NHS Hounslow. You can easily find a surgery quickly and easily when you need one for appointments, prescriptions, on call doctors and pharmacist dispensaries.

Ante Natal/Post Natal: Our practice has a shared care system with local hospitals.
Child Development and Assessment: You can obtain advice from the Community Health Visitors based at Heston Health Clinic. No appointment necessary.
Baby clinic is held every Wednesday 10.30-12.00 /1.30-3.30.

Child Immunization Clinic: By appointment with the nurse.
