Summary: In part 1 of the article we have established the arguments why an online management system is a crucial tool for MLM distributors. In part 2 we focus on the elements and components that such system should include.
Management systems - functions and contribution
It is unthinkable for today's distributor to imagine working without a computer, Email or the internet. Just the same, it's futile to try and lead a home based business without the support of a computer based management system.
Such a system, would not only enable a far better control of all the aspects of the business, but it will also handle administrative tasks much better than the distributor himself and would free him to deal with other important issues.
In other words: the more you automate your business, the more time you have to invest in sales and other issues which contribute directly to your bottom line.
This is how all companies and businesses function. Every department is backed and monitored by a computerized system, especially designed to improve work efficiency and help employees carry out their tasks and fulfill their goals.
Management systems to assist of the MLM's distributor
Distributors, being a self employed and working from home, need a system that covers all the aspects of their work and enables them to control the business by the click of a button.
The systems referred to here, should not be confused with what MLM companies provide their distributors to review their commission, stock and profits. The
management system, as referred to here, is a professional tool, specially designed for MLM distributors.
What should these systems include:
There are many systems on the market. Most of these systems offer only partial solutions. You should be looking for comprehensive system, one that can perform most administrative tasks on one hand, and offer a recruiting Website at the same time. These systems should have the following components and features.
• Professional – and personal - recruiting internet Website
• Manageable data base of prospects, customers and down lines
• Detailed record for every prospect, customer and distributor, containing personal data, contact details, notes, meeting diary and correspondence
• Auto responder for prospects
• Communication and training center
• Personal contact feature: Sending personal messages to prospects, customers and down lines
• Statistic and report applications to analyze personal, and organization performance.
• Multi-lingual system that will support maximum exposure to overseas markets
As most distributors are not entirely comfortable with computer applications and the internet, it is of utmost importance that the system be user friendly.
Such systems are available on monthly subscription basis only, for 15 to 50 $ per month. This is a very reasonable, negligible expense for what the distributor gets in return – a saving of resources, efficiency, full control and management of his entire business.
