With the holidays literally around the corner, eBay sellers have a great opportunity to dramatically increase their sales.
With most e-commerce analysts predicting record breaking online sales this holiday, now is a great time to launch and expand an eBay business.
eBay is in essence an online market where customers set their own prices through an auction format.
Having this in mind, you need to make sure that the items you offer on eBay have a high perceived value, otherwise eBay shoppers will not bid on your item.
In addition, make sure that the actual value of your item is high so that the eBay shopper will be satisfied and will be willing to buy again from you.

Collectibles sell well on eBay during the holiday season. You will see collectibles moving nicely on eBay because many people will buy them as gifts for a relative or friend who collects them.
Tip #3
Exclusive or limited quantity toys are an excellent holiday eBay seller.
Many times toy store chains will introduce an exclusive or limited edition toy in certain areas.
People who live elsewhere will often be eager to buy those toys at a premium.
