“Pay Pal? How To Breakthrough An Ongoing Dispute When Dealing With Consumers Who Make An Attempt To Take Advantage Of The System While Your Account Is At Risk.”

It all starts out with the posting of an auction. Before you know it, the auction has ended and BINGO! Your item has sold at a significant sale price. Within a couple of days the buyer has paid you and you then receive an email which states “You’ve got cash!” – yes one of the greatest things to see besides spam in your inbox.

You have the item shipped via UPS or USPS and days have gone by. You receive an email stating the buyer has not yet received the product. You then search for the tracking number as documented proof revealing the item has been shipped and is either in transit or arrived securely at its proper destination.

The tracking information has now been sent to the buyer. Days later go by, nothing. You think everything is cool when all of a sudden you log into Pay Pal and SMASH! A dispute has been posted because the buyer claims he or she never received the item. As a result your Pay Pal account is now limited.

You cannot receive funds nor can you transfer any funds. When the coast seems clear, there’s still a mist of fog in the air. Whatever you, don’t give up because Pay Pal miracles do fall from the sky.

Pay Pal will ask you for several means of information such as tracking information, fax document; copy of proven invoice, information pertaining to the drop shipper, and some other information might be requested.

In the mean time, you continue to follow up and make phone calls to Pay Pal showing that you’re really interested in resolving the dispute. The service rep inputs a note into the system when you called and why. It just outright makes you look good in the eyes of Pay Pal.

After continuous calling, emailing and resolving time with both the buyer and Pay Pal, you see your efforts are beginning to turn in your favor, headed in your direction.

The buyer continues to deny he or she has received anything from you but when you call the main office. You then find out from the secretary there was a recipient of the package and someone has signed for it. You know based on this evidence you’re in the clear as far as making your point to Pay Pal.

In the process, between transferring of information you patiently await a response. Remember, some of the documents and reviews take as long as up to 3 days to resolve from Pay Pal’s resolution department. I have to say Pay Pal is pretty quick with getting you your information on time.

Regardless, the race between you and the buyer is reaching near the finish line. The most important thing is to get all the required documents in which Pay Pal requests for and get it to them in a timely fashion.

Also, following up with either email or phone call, preferably, your consistency will eventually overcome the resistance. Be on top of the buyer, don't allow the buyer to be on top of you.

I can only advise and share with you what has worked for me when encountering situations such as this one with Pay Pal. You will find yourself in seeming less endless disputes when you fiddle more and more with EBay and Pay Pal.

Just an F.Y.I - You also have the option of blocking certain bidders from future auctions. Keep that in mind. Otherwise it can cost you your feedback score to drop.

Whatever the case may be; when there’s a will there’s a way. It’s all a learning experience and I’m here to reveal this actual predicament with you so you don’t have to deal with it the way I did.

The lesson here is to be prepared for when a buyer is looking to take advantage of the system. They do this because of Visa’s rules, laws, and policy’s they can say they never received the goods and you rightfully would have to pay them back as a result.

In conclusion; Joseph Mercado is known as The Internet Marketing Tyrant. He walks through multiple situations and discusses his learning experiences with people so they don't fall into unaware traps.

I'm a highly aggressive individual who is constantly seeking success. My assertiveness has brought me to a level of excellence within my marketplace.
