This article is to tell you how to do SEO with images on your website, its really easy and can also help you get some traffic as well.

First I will start by saying, do not do your graphics on your website to big as this will help keep your visitors, this isn’t really SEO but will help you in a big way. So were can you use SEO in images? I always say try your best to use the alt attribute within the img src code then place some of you main keywords in the alt attribute, but do not place them all try and spread them out over some different images in your website, also keep them related to the subject of your website and a maximum of about 5-6 words.

This is a good one for related information to the SE’s (search engines) name the image files with related subjects and top searched keywords for your subject this will help in two ways as follows

1. Good SEO (search engine optimization)

With number two I here you say “traffic were from” well this is clever and very easy as we all know search engines no have searches for images, so if you use keywords in the file name for the images your images could have more chance in showing up when people search for them this will get you some traffic to your website, remember if you are going to split the keywords up on the images use – and not this _ search engines pick it up better and will not class it as one word.
