We all know that there are rules against alcohol for pilots flying aircraft, which makes sense. But now the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is on drugs. They want to make rules and regulations on Space Flight throughout the Galaxy and Universe and through multiple dimensions of Space Time.
The Federal Aviation Administration is proposing rule making on Space flight and they are actually serious. They point to SpaceShip One and the future of space tourism. The Desert Group already has some 38,000 people on a waiting list to go into space with deposits for a flight into space at $200,000 a pop.
Although the rules they propose are simple, this is how government regulatory bodies always start, they make one rule and they have job security for life. In the rules they want all Space Ship crew to have physicals and medical review. Yet we see the FAA is “fat” with wasteful spending of taxpayer’s dollar. We see the
FAA is not financially and physically sound to take on more regulatory over sight. We need to put the FAA on a diet before we allow them to make any more rules.
Additionally the Federal Aviation Administration wants to grow their agency into the vastness of space, yet they are already out to lunch, as they spend one-third of every day standing at the coffee pot and sitting at 1970 vintage desks? And they want to what? Manage the future of Space Flight? I say clip their wings now, cull them for Bird Flu or just tell them to take a flying leap. Who needs the FAA to screw up another industry sector, especially on as important as this one to the forward progression of the Species? Think on this in 2006.
