The United States Military is looking into ways to control the weather and some other nations say they already can? The race to rapidly research ruling the weather wars without real weapons is a relatively recent reality in the future of the blitz battlespace high paced and net-centric strategies of the conflict of political will. Imagine wet weather willfully raging over the world with Typhoon winds of forces such as Katrina, Rita and Wilma.
