There is a very simple plan and procedure developed by Bruce Dutton of Foxfire Technology to stop the coastal devastation, the loss of life and limb and property. Especially the loss and suffering of innocent children and animals who lose their lives and their parents caused by Hurricanes. It is an atrocious matter to continue letting people suffer like Katrina and Rita without lifting a hand. It has to stop and stop now. It's not brain surgery, its as easy as dousing a simple forest fire. We wouldn't let a fire burn down the City of New Orleans without lifting a hand and neither should we let a Hurricane Katrina wipe it out but we did.
Any "nay sayers" are simply wrong and full of pathetic excuses and should not be trusted or listened too.
We can go to far reaches of the universe but we cannot contend with a simple hurricane engine? Nonsense!
The procedure is very safe and simple and takes less than suppressing a common forest fire. There
is no excuse not to do it. It does not require any great mathematical modeling and calculations anymore than a forest fire does. We don't sit around and over analyze a fire and the fact that the water doesn't stop the fire, it stops the oxygen feeding the fire. We accept it and get on with putting out the fire. We should do the same thing with Hurricane Wilma right now without waiting any longer.
The Government can do this very easily but won't. Why? Because there is money, a big industry in terror, pain and suffering and rebuilding. Only you can demand that the Government get off it's apathetic butt and act like a responsible Government for a change. If they can waste billions going to the moon they can take care of the American people.
