Since when is it okay to purport and misrepresent truth to the United States Congress? Recently the Federal Trade Commissions Consumer Protection Division's Anti-SPAM Group put forth a report claiming SPAM was on the decline by 9%. Yet, none of us have seen a nine percentile decrease? The data set was taken from an internal report given to a worker bee at the Federal Trade Commission by MXLogic. Now then I want a full investigation of how this fabricated information got into an official report to my United States Congress. I want to know who coaxed this company to put forth this data, who at the FTC was involved, and empirical proof that this data is correct.

We see the FTC’s Consumer Protection Division attacking companies for audited proof of earnings claims, weight loss figures and to prove all advertising; yet the FTC throws out a bull crap figure like that in an official report when they knew or should have known that it was a falsehood (A LIE). What complete hypocrisy? And now the FTC above the law and in their never ending arrogance takes this data to the United States Congress, to deceive them and the American People? I want a full investigation of all those in the Federal Trade Commissions Consumer Protection Division who were involved in, quoted in or otherwise conspired to create the press releases on their work in the CAN SPAM Act to defraud the American People into believing that they were aggressively combating SPAM. Not only is nine percent unworthy of mention even if it was true, it is also in my opinion judging from my own inbox a misrepresentation of fact. We must put those responsible for these lies in prison to restore faith in our government. Do it now.
