You will meet people in your life who are weak minded, do not stand for anything and always have an excuse for everything, when they fail to perform. They are everywhere and were you least expect them. Often even they run companies or are involved in leadership positions. They say all the right things, make you feel good with compliments and read all the leadership self help books and success tapes. Unfortunately they are weak inside and they stand for nothing. At the first sign of a problem they run away refusing to do the right thing or stand for the ideals of their country or their family name.
They hide from conflict hoping no one will find them out, find out they are really spineless. They put up a facade and mask, having nothing inside, when they do not succeed they say they quickly excuse themselves and say it was a learning event? Yet they go thru life always learning never getting there. Their excuses turn into lies, cover ups and often involve others to pass blame. Often the stories get quite elaborate and include people that do not even exist. As you get to know them you see more and more questionable events happening around their façade and conjured up stories.
It is generally not wise to let them on that you know they are a fraud or fake, yet be careful these are the same types who will cook the books, cheat you out of your piece of the pie to cover their lie. Every where you go you can find weak, spineless and worthless human beings. Often you wonder how in the World did they ever get to where they were with such a method of operendi? Yet there they are. Some of them you will need in your life, other you must discharge; but it is best to not confront them. What do you do with the losers of the world when you strive for perfection; never accept defeat or failure? What do you do with these weak minded people who you know are worth squat or dirt? You cannot do much but pity them? You think on that.
