Can you imagine a World with no crime? Would you like to have a crime free community, state and country? What if we did not make laws, which created criminals? What if we provided a proper system of rewards to those who are honest and had integrity? What if those rewards encouraged people to take the high road? What if every parent concentrated on teaching their child to have integrity, to tell the truth and to be a good person and never trample on others or steal from them? Would there be no crime then? Could we really create a world with no crime? Can we, all of reduce and eliminate crime in our own backyards? What if we had tighter communities, where people talked to each other and discussed these issues? What if you took the advice of the National Sheriff’s Association and started a Neighborhood Watch? What if you took that one step further and set up a Mobile Neighborhood Watch Program?

What if simply by alerting people that you had such a comprehensive program that half of the crime disappeared in a very short time? Would you do it then?
