Imagine what the world would be like if all lived according to the principles set forth by the higher spirits.
Man would not toil, he would not be distracted. Progress in nearly all industry would cease. Would that mean a loss? Man would still maintain the advantages of mass production, so that there would no longer be a need for scribes or any of that sort. Mass media would be utilized as a worldwide tool of teaching higher truths, rather than giving sermons on mountain tops.
The material world would be stripped of its luxurious excess, for no man would toil in the realm of esthetics. Bare living conditions would suffice. Bare clothing would suffice. Bare food preparation would suffice. The modern world would plunge into a land equipped with only base level life support systems.
Time spent in toil now, would be redirected towards the understanding and worship of higher truth and "god". Places of meditation, prayer and worship would replace the tall sky-rises, shopping centers and banks.
Money itself would take on a form of currency in a realm of extreme communism. All shares would be divided amongst equals. The new economy would survive because rather than smashing this ideal on the heads of those not ready for it - it would instead be something they must accept before they are accepted.
This brave new world would stretch faith, love and works to the ends of the visible land. Dust would know dust. Life would know life. Borrowed material things would have their place in dust. The eternal spirit would have its place in life. The world would become a humble shell compared to the glorious life that exists within. An inverse to the present day reality.
All students of life would be taught to seek these greater truths for themselves as the primary goal of life. This early teaching would not be a brainwashing through ignorance, but rather a prepared trail of self-discovery. It would require a commitment of soul, utterly and completely. Soul is only invited to commit itself in reason - it cannot be forced to accept a single idea. Therefore the willingness to seek would first be cultivated. From that, with this training, all good things would come.
This bleak world of gray matter would allow life to see itself. It would deliver life from the hands of distraction and evil. It would allow a harvest in greater numbers. It would save many lives.
Can you give up this world of dressed up matter and see it for what it really is? Can you free yourself from all material attachments - even those with good intentions and best interest in mind? Can you unlock your own shackles? It begins with the journey of self discovery.
