Without doubt, Alpha brain wave is the most widely known and publicized. Many uninformed people will equate this wave with ESP, remote viewing, and Alpha creativity training. But this is not totally true. Because Alpha wave is just part of the story.
The Alpha wave ranges about 7 to 12 Hertz. And it becomes prominent during relaxation with eyes closed. It is just the ‘gateway’ to creativity. That’s all!

This mind experience is actually a half-in-half-out state of sleep. The feeling is like being conscious of all surrounding things and yet the body is in deep relaxation (not sleep).
