Having a gift of curiosity and a quest for knowledge is indeed a wonderful tool for expanding your horizons. Do you have a thirst for knowledge; do you like to learn new things, review other’s concepts and ideas? If so this is a positive trait which fewer and fewer humans possess. Many will talk of the dummying down of the human race yet few will do much about their own situation to better themselves, thus they in turn become part of the problem.

The trick is to set your education on a long-term timetable, a life of learning. If you do this and maintain your thirst for knowledge then you will in fact achieve the wisdom you seek. If you have lost your quest or thirst for knowledge and want it back it is possible to reacquire this taste. How so you

ask?

Some of the easiest ways to ignite your thirst for knowledge is to join a think tank, watch the Discovery Channel or read a non-fiction book or a fictional book set in history, technology or mystery. If you have lost your search for knowledge you can get it back.

And if you have the gift for the quest for knowledge you can help turn someone else back on by simply asking them questions or discussing concepts with them. Do you have a friend who can benefit from a more active mind? If so you can be the catalyst to get them thinking again. Think on this, who do you know, that you might help in this way?
