Jesus invited three people to dinner. They were all too busy for the dinner. So he invited everyone who had time, which happened to be the poor and the homeless.

It's not because being rich is wrong. It's because those who are rich are generally consumed by worldly things and don't have time for seeking truth and spirit. Richness comes in many forms.

What is considered sin by most is not sin. True sin is the indulgence of the senses. Those that indulge in sin are slave to sin. A free person does not sin. Therefore, find time to make a house in a place that will last for eternity.
