"You need confidence to take that leap forward"

If you have ever been in a situation with your heart racing and sweat in your palms you know what it’s like to lack confidence. But contrary to popular belief this condition has very little to do with the situation you are in at the time.

Take Jack Osborne for example - whether you love or hate the Osbornes young Jack’s transformation from hell-raising, lazy, unruly kid to kickboxing champion was truly amazing to watch. The situations he is facing for his new TV series ‘Jack Osborne, adrenaline junkie’, of which he has little or no previous experience, are a test for anyone’s self-confidence.

When you are feeling confident - is it really confidence, or familiarity? When you have experience and are on familiar territory there is no true test for confidence. Confidence is only tested with unfamiliar experience!

You can develop lasting self-confidence

We have been helping people to develop self-confidence for over 15 years, and continue to do so on our Personal Success Programme (PSP). Some people, like Jack Osborne, have it naturally. Others can develop it. The techniques you learn on PSP and the feeling created will be there for you anytime, anyplace.

Confidence can be applied to any challenge

Our PSP graduates have put their new self-confidence and communication skills to use in so many ways. Mike now gives amazing presentations. Ben has become an excellent consultant. Nina is happy with her promotion to director. Kim has changed others’ perceptions of her from negative to positive. Andrea has dealt with her high stress level and is able to focus on her objectives. Jamil has launched his new business, and there are hundreds more success stories from many different professions, ages and backgrounds.

Confidence isn’t all that I need – I need skills too!

You are so right! But the lack of confidence often acts as a barrier to learning new skills. It is because Jack Osborne already has confidence that he is able to acquire the skills to succeed. No confidence – no experience – no skill.

A highly skilled sales director with a track record of success wanted to set up his own business for a number of years, but the lack of confidence has been holding him back. No amount of success on familiar territory will give you the confidence to succeed elsewhere. You need the confidence to take the leap!

But it’s not like me.

If the image or thought of yourself having supreme self-confidence is not like you – you are absolutely right! If you want to stay the same and keep to your comfort zone then do not even think about the Personal Success Programme.

But chances are if you have read this far something inside is telling you to be just a little bit different. You will still be you, but a more confident you – stepping out of your comfort zone to have new experiences. And you gain much more than self-confidence on PSP. You get lots of techniques for communicating; influencing; and helping you get the very best from work and life on a daily basis.

Have the confidence today to take the leap forward and decide.
