Self Improvement > Want to Control The Other 85% of Your Brain Power?

0 Reviews [ add review ], Article rating : 0.00, 0 votes. Author : Rich Douglas

Great! Here’s how to do it the easiest way possible. Learn to use your subconscious mind. Yes, that's what will give you control over the other 85% of your brain power.

Take the Story of runner Roger Bannister. In case you’re not familiar with who he is, Roger was the first runner to break the 4 minute mile. In the 18 months following this feat , eight more runners had surpassed this milestone.

What changed? What elixir was responsible for this amazing human transformation? It’s the power in knowing and believing that it is possible.

You can influence the power of the subconscious mind. By believing you already have achieved the goal, your subconscious mind will work in uniform to make it happen for you. In other words your subconscious or subliminal mind doesn’t work on the premise of “If you’re good you’ll get candy.” It works on the principle of “If you behave as if you have candy, I’ll make sure you get it.”

Conscious effort and discipline play a very small role in reprogramming your subconscious mind. So remember to feel the goals as if you've already achieved them.

Engage your senses and allow yourself to become overcome with feelings of joy, victory, happiness, satisfaction, and relief and delete the feelings of fear, doubt and longing.

When you're visualizing and reinforcing positive thoughts, remember to add your feelings into the mix. Then, your subconscious will draw upon the conditioning that you've planted there, as if you actually had that experience, and will use it to arrive at the optimum solution that ultimately leads to your success.
