There are literally thousands of folks all across the United States of America who own a Thermax vacuum who are now facing the prospect of not being able to get parts for their machine because of the fact that the distributor they bought the machine from cannot be found. In other words, their Thermax vacuum dealer has flown the coop!
Now, the distributor may very well have been a good guy and an honest person but simply had to shut his office down because of cash flow problems.
