Some of us singles cruise the bars, but me, I cruise the sea.

Nearly every vacation for the past few years, I’ve taken one of those singles cruises we all hear about. The Caribbean is a big cruise destination. All those little islands and all that tropical sun! Love it. They’re reasonably priced, too. You can spend from about $500 on a 3-day cruise to $2000 or more for a week or so. Most food, parties, and amenities are included, but check for details before you make your reservations.

There are thousands of websites and so many cruises to choose from. One site is SinglesCruise.com, for example. There you can check itineraries, and see what activities are scheduled. You can see a map of the cruise and even find chat rooms where you can meet the other singles online before you go!

A singles cruise is a floating party on the sea. The food is fabulous. The drinks are exotic. There are scheduled activities where you can meet the other

singles. Mixers, cocktail parties, island tours. If you schedule for a holiday cruise, like Halloween or Christmas, there will be a party for that holiday. Often there are prizes for costumes or door prizes.

There are spas, casinos, pools, gyms, buffets, movies, music, dancing, and more. Anything you can do on land, you can do at sea on a cruise. You can really pamper yourself and have a great time meeting other singles. It’s a non-stop party! Sometimes I mingle a lot. I’ll go to every event to meet the others. But sometimes I meet someone to hang out with for the rest of the cruise. I’ve even kept in touch with some of them after the cruise. I don’t know that I’ll meet “the one,” but it could happen!
