checklist of all the amenities to mull about when you are building the
perks into your vacation rental property. Some of the perks in the list are
very basic and essential whereas some of the others will add that
‘wow’ factor that will keep the guests coming back.

Kitchen/Dining Area Musts


• Make sure that there are a lot of dishes and silverware available,
  so that your renters do not have to do the dishes more than once a
  day.


• Coffee maker – the coffee makers with the auto brew options are the
  best.


• You would require a table that can sit the occupants of your rental
  home, if this is difficult to do, then get a folding table with extra
  chairs so that additional eating space, when required, can be easily
